Cancellation Policy
A 40% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations or no-call-no-shows made within 24 hours of your appointment. Filling a last-minute time slot is challenging, so this policy ensures financial protection. Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Arriving 15+ minutes late without prior approval will also be considered a cancellation. If you anticipate being late, please contact me before your appointment to avoid charges.
Same-day reschedules will not incur a fee, but if you cancel or reschedule the new appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged to cover both changes. This policy applies to all cancellation reasons.
